Hayle 4-1 St Agnes (U15)
A debatable penalty a few minutes into the game set the pattern for the game. Despite going the right way Ben Pitts could not stop the ball ending up in the net. St Agnes had much the better of the first half with a number of chances to equalise and take the lead, but all to no avail. Half time saw the boys trailing 1-0.
The second half was a disappointing and disjointed affair, which saw sporadic good play from St Agnes, but a continuing lack of communication (particularly in midfield) and a further 3 goals from Hayle. St Agnes were rewarded with a penalty, but by then the damage was done.
A disappointing 2nd half performance, but the lads did well to get to the final and to win the league. Photos show a very smart squad, and the squad with the League Champions Trophy.
